What we collect
- Enquiry and quote forms — company/brand name, contact name, email address, phone number, country, and the project details you choose to share.
- Sample pack orders — shipping name, address, and contact details you submit; payment itself is processed by PayPal, which has its own privacy policy — Wickbond does not receive or store your card details.
- Newsletter sign-up — your email address and the page you subscribed from.
- Automatically, if you consent — analytics data (pages viewed, general location at country/city level, device type) via Google Analytics, and session-replay analytics (mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks on this site) via Microsoft Clarity, only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. - Server logs — standard web-server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, requested page) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
To respond to manufacturing and quote enquiries, to fulfil sample-pack orders, to send the newsletter to people who asked for it, to keep the site secure and working, and — only with consent — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with: PayPal (to process sample-pack payments), Google (Analytics/Tag Manager, only after consent), Microsoft (Clarity session-recording analytics, only after consent), and our email and hosting providers, solely to the extent needed to deliver those services. Enquiry and quote form submissions are emailed to Wickbond's own team inboxes.
How long we keep it

We use Google's Consent Mode: analytics signals default to "denied" for every visitor until you actively choose "Yes" in the cookie banner. Microsoft Clarity is not loaded on the page at all — not even in a blocked state — until that same "Yes" choice is made. Choosing "No" keeps both denied.
